Leg Swings

Leg swings help loosen your hips and legs, which is essential for volleyball movements like jumping and shuffling. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and swing one leg forward and backward, then switch to the other leg.
3

Arm Circles

Arm circles help loosen your shoulders and arms, which is important for volleyball movements like serving and blocking. Hold your arms straight out to the sides and make small circles with your hands.
4

High Knees

High knees help loosen your legs and hips, and also get your heart rate up. Run in place, bringing one knee up towards your chest while keeping the other foot on the ground.
5

Leg Shuffles

Lateral shuffles help loosen your legs and hips, and also simulate the sideways movements you'll make on the volleyball court. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and shuffle your feet from side to side, keeping your knees slightly bent.

Remember to keep your warm-up exercises dynamic and moving, and to gradually increase the intensity and duration as you prepare for play.
